Authenticity Matters
Authenticity is one of the most important parts of buying collectible products online.
We aim to provide genuine, factory-sealed products and carefully inspect shipments before they leave our facility. Products are sold in the condition described on their individual product pages.
For sealed products, we do not open boxes or packs to inspect their contents. The cards, inserts, autographs, memorabilia, and other contents of sealed products are determined by the original manufacturer.
If you ever have a concern about an item you received, contact our customer service team so we can review the situation with you.
Careful Packing and Shipping
Collectible products deserve careful handling.
We use protective packaging designed to help reduce the risk of damage during transportation, including appropriate cushioning and sturdy shipping materials.
Our standard handling time is 1 business day, Monday through Friday. We provide tracking information when your order ships so you can follow its progress.
We currently ship throughout the United States, including all 50 states, with shipping options displayed at checkout.
